“Fred designed the most amazing master bathroom for me! He listens for the look and feel I was looking for and came up with some options for me to choose from. His wife Lyndi assisted me with colors and textures, an overwhelming task otherwise. Best part of it is Fred's follow-up meetings with my contractor and site inspections to ensure proper execution, and also to make minor adjustments as needed. Next will be my kitchen - I'm looking forward to working with them on this again.”

“I am a general contractor and hired Kevin to provide design build services for a project by Benchmark Family Services. The project was to completely renovate an existing 30,000 SFT. office building with kitchen and auditorium. The project was finished on schedule and within the owners budget. Because of the owners satisfaction, a bonus was paid after completion of the project. Kevin did a wonderful job, was always on schedule, communicated well with both the owner and myself. He also had a very reasonable proposal for his services. I would recommend Kevin for any of your commercial or residential AIA services.”

“We hired Mr. Rowley to help us design our custom house and walk us thru the process of selecting a builder. In anticipation of our first meeting with him, we sent him a package of magazine clippings as well as a letter outlining the general ideas we had for the house. During a vacation in the area, we had 2 face to face meetings with him; and before we returned north, he presented us with an initial draft plan. Most of the subsequent work was done remotely. When time came to select a builder, his guidance was priceless. Communication between us and Mr. Rowley was easy: he understood our vision, paid particular attention to details, and was of sound advice. We would gladly recommend him.”

“Robert Maixner was the designer and architect of my home built in 2003 -2004 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My home is the pride of my community being a southwestern contemporary design. Robert was creative and incorporated the natural setting of my home as it sits high up in the foothills. He listened to my desires for maximizing passive solar properties and for creating unique features such as built in shelving nooks, lighting, high ceilings, a courtyard, and many other characteristics which make it truly a custom home. Now, as my family has grown, he is currently adding a 300 ft2 study with a spiral staircase leading to a viewing deck for an unobstructed 360 degree view of the mountains and city. I can't imagine working with any other architect , he is a real professional.”

“Darby designed a beach cottage for us in 2013, and he did a phenomenal job. He provided a 1940's cottage appearance while incorporating current technical requirements and modern conveniences. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him in 2014 to design a master closet addition and a guest cottage at our primary residence location.”
