“This company has two architects. I had a consultation with Jose Venegas who really helped me understand what was important for our family in a remodel. I didn't feel taken advantage of or pressured to make quick decisions. They give back to the community and are working with a local school to build a community kitchen because they believe in the vision of children having access to a garden and sharing what they learn with the community. They are knowledgeable about aging in place, which will be a priority with our remodel. Also, they understand that you have to work within a budget. They are willing to work with my tiny budget in comparison to some much bigger clients they have, and I still feel our project is important to them. It is”

“We have been totally impressed with Janine at Zero Latitude in her design work for our house in florida. it was a huge project for us, some 5500 miles away from Janine but she was responsive, creative, accurate and delivered everything we wanted in a design. We are just completing the build phase of the project and I have to say the plans and design have come together with no structural amendments. a great achievement on a 14000 ft2 house we could not recommend janine and the team highly enough -superb work and thank you pete and sarah marples ”

“I do not want to dilute a 5 star review but JD is one of the few who deserves this rating. He was prompt and concise. As a small business owner who is building out a new café it was a very daunting task however, Jd helped to manage our expectations and the timeline of the project to the day which I thought was never possible. We will be using him again for all future projects”
