“Anne Rogers Interiors is a great design group! With over 25 years experience, Anne is creative and willing to work on projects large and small. We have worked with her on both. She is easy to work with; she respects your personal style and in fact, will help you determine what that is! She has an excellent eye for color. I have been certain I like a specific color and she will show me a different one with a very subtle difference that pulls a room together perfectly. Anne and her staff are all very considerate of your time and budget. She is not opposed to you looking for an item at a lower price point if that is your desire. Anne interfaces with contractors and other professionals on your behalf with confidence and competence. We are currently renovating an older home with a general contractor but have hired Anne to help us with design details in that home. She designed the tile layout, trim details and has advised us on many other fine points (including the actual layout of rooms that were being altered). Anne will visit the job site often, along with being the point of contact for skilled craftsmen like trim carpenters and tile installers to ensure the design is carried out. She works tirelessly to help her clients achieve a lovely end result and is adept at keeping them calm throughout what can be a bit of a stressful process. “We looked on Houzz for an architectural firm to help us design our dream home. We contacted several businesses and only heard back from McConnell and Ewing... And heard from them the same day. This company begins your dream build with plans and stays with you to help find contractors you're comfortable with to build your home. They actually stay with you till your project is completed. We are currently working with Brad and we couldn't be more pleased. We are doing our design and build in stages. He works at our pace and we don't feel rushed at all to complete our project in a specific time frame. Brad came out to out build site and spent the entire day creating a floor plan that we were happy with. Then he staked the property to make sure our design would fit. I would recommend this company to those looking for a fresh idea. We are really pleased with our experience so far.”

“Rod Sidley Architects designed and supervised a complete remodel of our 1950 ranch. The kitchen and bathrooms were gutted, and we added a new office, bedroom, bathroom, Master bedroom, Master bath, walk in closet, and downstairs rec room. Rod initially presented us with three options, and we were able to pick the one that best met our needs and budget. From there, he oversaw the project every step of the way, including demolition, construction, selections (insulation, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, etc.) and finishing. He managed our contractor and made sure they were working according to the blueprints and our specification. He helped us work through problems that inevitably arose, and made sure the work was done within budget, in a quality manner, and on schedule. Rod's knowledge of design, drafting, construction, materials, regulations, and sources is extensive and really helped make this project a success. In our particular case, his contacts and relationships within the Wyoming community were invaluable. We were extremely happy with the end result, and have used Rod Sidley Architects to manage other projects since then. He's the best!”

“Heidi was amazing from the beginning. She met with me first to understand what I was looking for in the addition. When she came to our house to measure, she was very professional but could see already things that I had not thought about in the addition. She submitted the plans to the review board and then came with me to the meeting. The board had a change that they wanted and she made that immediately. I was impressed with how well she merged the plan for the addition with the existing house. It was hard to tell that it was an addition. While she was making the changes, my son asked for a window in the mudroom and she gladly did this. I am so pleased with what she designed for us. Not only did it meet our needs of having more than one bathroom in the house, but she gave us storage that we greatly needed. Our addition included a mudroom with a half bath, a master bath and turning my closet into a walk in closet. My neighbors and friends have commented that you cannot tell there is an addition because it blends so well with the original house inside and out. I found Heidi very easy to work with as she was approachable and very considerate about listening to my family's needs. She is a true professional and I would recommend her services to anyone needing an architect.”

“I am the Executive Chairman for our Sigma Chapter of the International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta's Capital Campaign to raze and rebuild our chapter house at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. We have known and worked with Craig as far back as 2005.
