After site selection designed a rustic modernist cabin that was environmentally conscious and leveraged the views and available light. Was a great process from the beginning. “was lucky to have had Mike recommended when I was talking about my wish to add a master suite with a friend. After an initial meeting about my wishes, he presented several different designs. They were all beautiful and I really appreciated Mike's eye for detail. After choosing and tweaking a design together, we got to work. Mike went above and beyond by personally helping me select components for the new bathroom. He was always available for questions and concerns I had throughout the construction process. He often came out to the site to check that the construction was being done to his satisfaction. The end result is the master suite I dreamed of!”

“It was a pleasure to work with Majdi as the architect on our new fitness studio. He went above and beyond to make sure plans were submitted for a very challenging city & county permit process and spent extra time dealing with our local mechanical resources that were being very difficult to work with. He made trips to Colorado on his own dime to see the construction in progress. We hope that we get to build another studio someday and work with Majdi again.”

“Aetheric studio redesigned two 1970 style bathrooms and turned them into beautiful, light filled rooms. The architect demonstrated knowledge and ability to update spaces within a limited budget. She responded to my concerns and was flexible when unexpected old house issues surfaced. Aetheric Studio provided contractors with detailed plans and instructions , and kept costs down by suggesting and ordering many of the items needed to complete the renovation (shower heads, tile, cabinets, etc.) Working with a female professional was great! She listened to concerns and made communication a priority. This is an architectural firm with very talented professionals. Hire them and you'll be glad you did!”

“I asked Palmyra's help with the design of my new kitchen, as well as the 2 full/1 half bathrooms of my new house. With regards to the kitchen, the assigned architect had already made an initial design, but I was very unhappy with it (but had to just let it slide since the bureaucracy in Greece is extremely time consuming). I was also building the house with 1 more person so I couldn't fully make my own decisions early on. Not only Palmyra made me love the new kitchen that she designed, the assigned architect also admitted it was a much better design! Spacious, open, but very, very functional with lots of storage space. Looks awesome too, everyone entering the house comments on the kitchen. As for the bathrooms, Palmyra encouraged me to be creative, and she would never "instruct" me, even though many times I asked her to just tell me what to do! She always mentioned that the house should have something from me as well, and I should be the one making the final calls. She would of course steer me out of potential issues with my decisions, but the end result is that I truly love the bathrooms, especially the purple guest bathroom! I super strongly recommend Palmyra. Besides her knowledge and professionalism, she actually taught me a lot about the process of remodeling, and I truly feel that the house has "something of me" embedded in it!”

“I recently had the privilege of working on a project with Elizabeth. I was the cabinetmaker for a kitchen remodel. From our very first meeting, it was very obvious that Elizabeth had a keen eye for design. She provided drawings of what she envisioned, as well as a photograph of a similar project. In addition to myself, she coordinated with several contractors throughout the project to make certain that progress was kept on schedule. And I must say, the finished project was amazing! Everything from the wall colors to the wood floor to the tile back splash.........it all came together beautifully! Job very well done Elizabeth! I look forward to working with you again.
