Even during our first interaction, John had a calm, approachable demeanor, and listen thoroughly to my design ideas. He followed through on listening with strong visualization through 3D renderings that made me feel as if I was standing in my home, before we even began construction. His realistic renderings helped us make some necessary design changes to improve the flow of the layout before investing in construction, which ended up being a massive cost-saving for us. Throughout the schematic design, design development, and construction documents phases, John had fantastic communication and was on time, even early, with his deliverables. “Pat did a fantastic job of designing a bump-out for my basement remodel to accommodate the new stairs I had to put in to meet code (very old house). I could not visualize what was going to be done to that part of my home and overall remodel until she walked me through the design, and then ---boom, it hit me! Light, windows, beautiful space utilization and best of all ---it looks like it has always been a part of the house ---does not look like a add-on at all. She was wonderful to work with, listened to what I wanted, and then provided a design to exceed what I thought I could have. She provided great drawings for the contractor and was just really good to work with. I have recommended her to many people and just can't say enough good things about her work and abilities!”
