“Jody and Ross worked with us and our client Red Bridge Investments to design and build a beautiful house in Sarasota which is for sale through Sothebys International Realty. While they are a great team to work with, we think that the comments from the City Permitting office speaks volumes: "Gentlemen, it has been a long time since we saw this, but we have no comment or question about your building plans. Here is your permit". In fact, it was so simple to build off the simple yet detailed plans, we had almost no need for clarification on anything. “Brad was great to work with and turned my ideas into a reality but he also added a lot of his own ideas to make the home more than first class. We also worked through a lot of major design issues together due to the available lot space. It was impressive how we could come up with innovative solutions that we could agree on, and still make the house very livable and still beautiful. Every time I'm in my yard I see people stopping just to look at my home. Brad worked on an hourly basis and did not nickle and dime me, so the cost was quite reasonable. My interior designer ended up costing me more than his architect services. He also worked well with my contractor, surveyor and the authorities in Clearwater. I highly recommend Brad and the Husserl Group. I couldn't be happier with them.”

“ROJO Architecture designed our 1,850 square foot modern house in Tampa, Florida. Not only did they design the house structure, but also designed much of the interior space, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Our experience was one of dealing with truly talented professionals, in a collaborative effort, with their ultimate focus on our complete satisfaction. Although we were not so lucky with our choice of home builder, ROJO assisted us through the process by helping us to understand the important issues to focus on over the 14 months of building our house. The constant assurance given by ROJO made us feel that we were in control of a process that at times felt like the wheels had come off. Ultimately, we now reside in our amazingly wonderful house, a space that is highly designed and perfect for our lifestyle. Simply put - ROJO is excellent at what they do!!”
