“We worked with Patrick on an addition to our house which included a new upstairs bathroom, new bedroom, a reconfigured bedroom, and a covered porch. The best things about working with Patrick are 1. His commitment to the integrity of the house style. Our addition blends seamlessly with the original 1920's structure, outside and in. He found pictures and helped us envision the finished product. 2. He's open to and loves new ideas. At the last minute he helped us find a place for an upstairs laundry and he welcomed the challenge. He also designed a beautiful reading nook in an unplanned space that we now use constantly. 3. He works well with contractors and checked in to make sure things were running smoothly, was a second voice when questions came up with the contractor, and worked well with ARC.
