With emails and teleconferencing, using ideas from Houzz, and her 3-D software to help us "walk through" the spaces, we're almost done - and we haven't yet set foot on the ground. I thought I knew precisely what I wanted, but didn't know how to execute the plans to get there. Lori had creative solutions and offered alternatives I hadn't even considered, many of which are now in the final plan. She's thorough, detail-oriented, patient with a client (me) who changes her mind at times and spent a great deal of time at the onset just getting to know us. When you're building your dream house from 3,000 miles away you'd better be comfortable with the architect you hired. We're VERY comfortable!”
