“This is a remodel with a building addition for a kitchen service areas. These plans and specifications also include a new outdoor walk in refrigerated cooler. The project also includes civil, parking and landscape design to the existing site. I am very pleased with all the excellent effort from Patty and her team members in completing this complex project. Construction will start in a few weeks and I am confident in our construction documents provided by RE&A as we move forward with breaking ground thru our final inspections. “ROJO Architecture designed our 1,850 square foot modern house in Tampa, Florida. Not only did they design the house structure, but also designed much of the interior space, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Our experience was one of dealing with truly talented professionals, in a collaborative effort, with their ultimate focus on our complete satisfaction. Although we were not so lucky with our choice of home builder, ROJO assisted us through the process by helping us to understand the important issues to focus on over the 14 months of building our house. The constant assurance given by ROJO made us feel that we were in control of a process that at times felt like the wheels had come off. Ultimately, we now reside in our amazingly wonderful house, a space that is highly designed and perfect for our lifestyle. Simply put - ROJO is excellent at what they do!!”
