She offers all the design help needed to complete a project. First, she presented a couple of different layouts for us to consider. The designs were fantastic. Then she scheduled appointments for us to meet with her at several different showrooms including: lighting, plumbing, appliance, and tile showrooms. She listened to what we wanted and helped us make good choices. She was available to meet at the job site during construction. Elma runs a great business; she is very organized, efficient and accommodating. She gets things done on time and she is easy to contact by phone, email or in person. “Dave Piches was a perfect fit for my project. There are many reasons to hire an architect but mine could be reduced to one large factor; creativity. Being a contractor for the past 23 years, I'm not new the construction process and I have rather high expectations. Couple this aspect of the situation with the fact that for years I had attempted to draw the plans myself as part of a creative outlet but could not bring all of the aesthetics in place as a comprehensive whole which had any panache. After Dave met with me and my wife, he took the plans I provided along with the ideas we stated and created an entirely different design. At first my feelings were a bit hurt that none of what I supplied was used in the final design, but as I went through his plans that faded quickly. He heard everything we requested and then added "wow" which resulted in a fantastic design that intrigues all that visit. “I love this house every single day I'm in it. And some make a credible argument that our detached bedroom, added later, also by their design, is the best part! Inside and out flow seamlessly, which is what our psyches need. Recently we made a rookie mistake. We needed help with big plans for landscaping to be integrative with our big add-on deck. We first turned to a landscape person...FAIL. We so should have turned to Designworks first. We pitched the landscape person's lame 'concept.'; We are building to Designworks plans. (Did i mention they provided valuable consultation that added to the transformation remodel of our Boulder City desert home?)”

“I feel so fortunate to have met Sarah Lee when I initially walked into Guchi Interior Design. She has a solid background in design and is very experienced. She listened to my quirky ideas and my tendency to love bling. The results were master and guest bathrooms which would be described as timeless classic with some sparkle. She added new products which we love and took my request for an under the counter hair dryer/curling iron holder in stride. Sarah coordinated my idea with Guchi Interior’s master craftsman and I LOVE IT!!!! She was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We have signed on for a kitchen remodel and cannot wait to see the finished product!”
