Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. “We were first introduced to Doreve's work many years ago. Her homes are beautifully designed, very large but yet Indigenous to their surroundings. They look as though they were always there. Most with graceful interior curved walls and spectacular windows. Her work "jaw dropping". You cant help but crave her work wishing you owned each home you see. She has a signature style. You can usually spot a Doreve Nicholaeff home, when you see one it usually provokes a "WOW that's incredible". She has a gift few do. The interior detailing as nice as the exterior. Prior to meeting her and working on our first project together we were a little intimidated not knowing what to expect but as soon as you meet her you are comforted by her calm inviting demeanor and you quickly realize how smart and talented she is. “Silvia & Silvia is one of the finest builders I have worked with. Their attention to detail is outstanding and the crews are top notch. All their work is well organized and professional. Ron has a keen eye for design and really out did himself on this project. I worked closely with him on the cabinetry details for the entire house including three master bedrooms, five guest rooms, and a pool house, but the kitchen was the standout element.
