“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone interested in a fresh take on their home's potential.”

“I HIRED SEBASTIAN EILERT TO DEVELOP THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR MY NEW HOME IN CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA. MR. EILERT WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND WAS VERY PROMPT WITH HIS WORK AND DEADLINES. “Evan designed our house following ideas we had accumulated over several years dreaming and planning out final home. He was extremely easy to work with and greatly improved many of our ideas while designing a residence that flows easily. We wanted a way to display an extensive art collection while still having an open floor plan to encompass the hill country views. The house completely exceeded our vision while at the same time incorporating many green and cost saving features. He listened to our vision and designed a contemporary masterpiece that we will enjoy for years to come.”
