Ignacio chose low maintenance contemporary building materials and techniques to give us a unique design that took full advantage of the views afforded by the site. He is very accommodating to our likes and needs regarding interior design issues of which he is also very adept. Ignacio worked tirelessly to locate alternative acceptable products and solutions to help keep us within our budget. His positive, friendly, and accommodating personal demeanor has made the project fun and exciting for us. He has made our dream house come true. “I would highly recommend Neel. After interviewing a handful of Austin architects, yy husband and I hired Neel (out of WImberley, TX) to help us draw plans for a small bunkhouse (~1500 sq. ft) on some property we own in the Texas hill country. We wanted to use an ICF product for the house and Neel is very well versed in drawing plans using ICF (Insulated concrete forms). The product produces a home that is not only incredibly energy efficient, the walls are over 12" thick and give a fortress like feel within a small space. The house has blown us away. Neel took a small footprint and created a truly unique space that flows so well it feels twice as big as the plans indicate. The ceilings soar close to 20 feet and he has truly gone the extra mile to help source some beautiful timbers for us to use for the ceiling, beams and porches. His involvement throughout the whole project has helped us stay on schedule and budget. It is evident that he takes great pride in his work and sees our bunkhouse as a work of art (which it is). We are so pleased and will post pictures of the entire project soon.”

“We hired Agruppo to design this addition for our home. Andrew listened, engaged us in dialogue and pushed us to imagine the best design and usage for our needs. We could not be happier with the entire process and, of course, the final product- our amazing sleeping house! We came in with ideas and Andrew added his magic and turned our dreams into a fantastic reality. Agruppo designed the entire project and also oversaw the construction phase. What we appreciated most was his honestly and attention to detail. “Franklin Zaldivar researched and designed a fireplace mantel for our 102 year old home. Carlos Zaldivar contracted the carpenter and the tile expert. The mantel is beautiful and looks as if it was built at the same time as the house. Our home is now the jewel of the neighborhood.”
