From there, he oversaw the project every step of the way, including demolition, construction, selections (insulation, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, etc.) and finishing. He managed our contractor and made sure they were working according to the blueprints and our specification. He helped us work through problems that inevitably arose, and made sure the work was done within budget, in a quality manner, and on schedule. Rod's knowledge of design, drafting, construction, materials, regulations, and sources is extensive and really helped make this project a success. In our particular case, his contacts and relationships within the Wyoming community were invaluable.
