He worked closely with us and our builder throughout the process to insure that the integrity of his conceptual design was realized. Ignacio chose low maintenance contemporary building materials and techniques to give us a unique design that took full advantage of the views afforded by the site. He is very accommodating to our likes and needs regarding interior design issues of which he is also very adept. Ignacio worked tirelessly to locate alternative acceptable products and solutions to help keep us within our budget. His positive, friendly, and accommodating personal demeanor has made the project fun and exciting for us. He has made our dream house come true. “Franklin Zaldivar researched and designed a fireplace mantel for our 102 year old home. Carlos Zaldivar contracted the carpenter and the tile expert. The mantel is beautiful and looks as if it was built at the same time as the house. Our home is now the jewel of the neighborhood.”

“My wife and I bought 5 acres of land in order to build our dream house. We interviewed several Architects before selecting Daniel, and we are very happy we chose him. We wanted something different from the typical suburban production house that we had in Circle C Ranch. The design process with Daniel was fun and exciting as we figured out the how to best fit our home to the sloping land. We designed a home that specifically met our site and design goals. Daniel is very creative, really thinks out of the box, but is also conscious of figuring out the most cost efficient way to get what he is looking for and still maintain the integrity of the design. He was very receptive to our ideas and had positive input and information to help us design an addition to our home. It was a complicated design equation because we had to incorporate ADA livability. His lateral thinking made our ideas for these challenges even better. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and friendly disposition. He was also very accommodating to our difficult schedules for meetings. Can't recommend him highly enough!”
