We had heard wonderful things about Dave from friends, whose home is spectacular, and decided to contact Dave. He took our very abstract idea for our home and proposed inventive design solutions that we would never have imagined. Throughout the design and construction process Dave was extremely responsive, delivering drawings when promised and holding true to his commitments to us. Rushika has an excellent eye for creative design, her attention to detail is impeccable, and she brings a modern aspect in her work, all within a reasonable budget. She has been intimately involved with every phase of the process, from initial layout to choosing a color scheme, to even picking fabrics for our new sofas. Rushika has made an effort to understand our needs, and listened to our inputs to ensure every part of the home reflects our taste. Their inspector Burt arrived two days later, on time, did an efficient review of the roof, took pictures of the maintenance that needed doing, and I had a complete report in my inbox the same evening. Apparently roof inspections are not cheap, so prepare yourself.”
