He quickly responded and let me know that this would not be a problem. We worked together over many months to modify the plans to suit my needs and he was very quick to make the changes and get them back to me to review.
I would recommend Brian to anyone interested in building a home that does not want to spend a ton in architectural fees.”

“I recommend Lynn Levy - enthusiastically, happily and thankfully. Everyone needs help with designing more functional spaces for living and working- and you can't do any better than Lynn. Last year I hired Lynn to design and organize e small spaces for me. I had recently downsized from a ranch-style home in California to a small, but lovely, condo in Indianapolis. A small pantry and smaller laundry space and too few closets had me stumped and I needed help.
All of Lynn's projects not only turned out beautifully, but she somehow created more space! Every project was as efficient as it was attractive. My pantry is a work of art, with everything in its place, visible and easy to reach. I've also learned it easily stores the extra paper products and kitchen staples all of us need now more than ever. My laundry room is super efficient. I have hanging spaces, short and tall, places for all cleaning products and supplies, and again everything is organized, visible and reachable. A closet in a bedroom had many angles and shelves. Lynn designed it to hold my luggage and travel gear, wrappings and other spare items. Now, over a year later, the biggest testimony I can give is the enduring usefulness and beauty. Everything still lives happily in its own place. I highly recommend Lynn to anyone who asks.”
