“Peter is an excellent architect. We have used him for two projects: a renovation of a large terrace in Surry Hills, Sydney (2002) and a renovation of a family house in Camberwell , Melbourne (2006). Peter listened carefully to our needs and created beautiful homes for us. He also managed both projects. He is experienced, creative and practical (brilliant bathrooms and kitchens). It is unusual to find a someone who has clever, ‘big picture ideas’ (eg. orientation of rooms, how to maximise light) while also being good with details (eg. a carefully positioned nightlight in our hallway, dimmers in the right parts of the house). He was respectful of our budgets. We highly recommend him.”

“We have been involved in two major residential projects with Eric, from Green Point Design, one a new build and the other a major renovation of a Victorian residence. As indicated by the fact we used Eric's services twice, we were extremely happy with both projects and in all our dealings with him and Green Point Design. He is an excellent communicator, as well as a good listener and unflappable in the face of change or challenges. He is both a creative and practical architect, committed to meeting the requirements of his clients and working alongside them in a partnership over the course of the project and beyond. His commitment to and knowledge of the environmental factors of building and design is immense and we are certainly reaping the rewards of a more sustainable house because of this. He was a pleasure to work with, always responding quickly to queries, unfailingly polite and respectful and a excellent working partner for builders and other professionals involved. I would recommend him highly.”

“We recently engaged Nathan to support us through the renovation of our house and the construction of a studio in the backyard. We were extremely happy with overall outcome and the manner in which Nathan worked with us throughout the build. Nathan's vision for the studio has exceeded what we thought would have been possible as it nestles beautifully into our block and serves as a great space to work from and host guests. One of the things that impressed us most was Nathan's commitment to making sure the whole package of work came together aesthetically and functionally. “Fantastic! After having some thorough conversations with Mick and viewing previous work we established Moloney Architects were the firm for us. We have now been working with them for two years to create our dream home. They has been extremely generous with their time, flexible, enthusiastic and supporting through the different stages of the project. The expertise offered at all times keeps us confidant that we will be achieving the best result for us. They were great at designing a solution aimed at our budget, but still giving us the point of difference we were after. They really took all of our criteria into consideration. Can not speak highly enough of this practice. We have developed what we feel is a lasting friendship and are already talking about what our next project will be, we have enjoyed ourselves that much!”

First for a grand old Victorian house, Talandoon, in Hawthorn, and then for my present abode, a chalet-type wooden house in Hawthorn again which I have been renovating on and off for 6-7 years. I found Tom always ready and teeming with good ideas, unfailingly patient with my changes of heart, and especially adept at keeping the builders on the straight and narrow.
