The were efficient, informative, and after listening to the design perimeters came up with a design that allowed for kitchenette, bathroom, office area, and meeting area. The kept me informed throughout the design and permit process. I would highly recommend.”

“I have hired RBDS, Inc (Raymond Burris) for multiple design projects. As a general contractor working on both commercial and residential projects, I need a versatile architect with the ability to provide solutions to various problems in addition to providing creative design concepts. Raymond is also cost sensitive to my client's specific needs. Raymond never overcommits, and I know he will complete a job on time the day he signs his contract. I would recommend working with him and his team.”

Their contacts in the area have been invaluable to us by ensuring that the various vendors and subs are reputable and provide good value for their services. “I recommend Wallis Design Studio. We were out of town clients working with Robert and his staff to redesign/remodel a home in El Dorado County. It is a challenge to be 400 miles from your property during the design process. They are patient, efficient, informative and creative. One staff member even worked during holiday closure to be sure that our plans were submitted timely to the county planning department by a deadline that, if we had missed, could possibly have cost us more in fees. Great job. Can't wait to see the finished product.”
