“I found Primhaus when looking for ideas on building a modern Scandinavian farm house. While we liked the general design of the house we chose we needed to modify it to meet our own needs. Scott worked with us on a number of Zoom meetings to provide us with a final product that we are now moving forward to build. After every session with Scott he sent us an updated draft to mull over. My wife and I were very impressed with his problem solving skills. Every change we wanted to make brought on another challenge. Scott always came up with a solution that made the overall design even better. In addition to his outstanding creativity Scott was very patient and never rushed us. Even when our design was finalized he offered to help us in the future if we run in to any issues. It should be mentioned how surprised we were to find out that the price for the plan modifications was well beyond reasonable. Our whole experience with Scott and Primhaus far exceeded our expectations.”

“We have had the pleasure of knowing Greg Porraro for over 20 years. He has built two homes for us and most recently, has rebuilt our home at the Jersey shore after it was devastated by Hurricane Sandy in the Fall of 2012. During one of the most stressful times of our lives, within two days of the storm, Greg had a crew of 29 workers attacking our home. There was a massive clean-up effort needed as well as reinforcing badly damaged walls and support columns. Greg put our mind at ease and totally took charge of the project. Within a few short weeks, we had a plan as to how we were going to put our home back together and have it ready for the following summer season. Greg coordinated every aspect of the project and took care of our home as if it were his own. He suggested many improvements to the original structure that will protect us further should another storm come our way. We are very happy to say that we took possession of our home again by the end of May 2013-just 7 short months after it was ripped apart by the storm. It is an absolute pleasure doing business with someone that you can trust 100%. We knew, every step of the way that Greg had our best interest at heart. “I took a chance and hired North Pine Engineering from a recommendation and John the owner absolutely went above and beyond for my wife and I. We are doing a major renovation to our 2nd floor and really needed guidance on something that would work for our family of 4. We met with him and after discussing our plans in person and then over the phone a few times, he came up with pretty much exactly what we wanted and helped us understand the process. We tweaked a few things on the drawing and then sent them to the town to get approved. He got us all the necessary paperwork and filled out everything too. Well of course the plans got rejected, twice, as they typically do the first few times. Both times, John called me to discuss, and then made the proper revisions. He always got back to us to answer our questions which to me is the most important thing. Now we are finally ready for construction! I would highly recommend!”

“We had the pleasure of working with AnaMaria Stanomir when we were renovating a 1927 home in Forest Hills Gardens, New York. We initially thought the projecting was quite daunting being that the originals owners of the house did not fix anything in the last 40 years that they lives there. We did a gut renovation with the help of AnaMaria. She paid meticulous attention to details and made a very professional blueprint. She worked closely with the contractors in guiding them though the process. She was easy to get along with which made the process hassle free and interesting. She made creative suggestions regarding fixtures, tiles, and overall design. We didn't have to be on site as much knowing that she was in running everything so smoothly. She had great taste and a wonderful flare for design. She went to many of the stores with us to pick the tiles. She knew exactly where to go and what to hone in on. We will gladly hire her for the next project we have. For now, we are living in our beautifully and tastefully restored 1927 home and loving it thanks to AnaMaria”
