Brian is working to resolve our issues and has thus far, been communicating with us.
Brian Franchini cannot be trusted to adhere to timelines or produce results.
We asked Brian to create a preliminary site plan for a sub divide on a property. He said it was an easy task that would take 1 day, however, we never received a finished product from him. . In fact, we only heard from him once since we met at the site, despite reaching out almost a dozen times over the last 4 weeks. We have no idea why he stopped communicating with us or working on the site plan.
Through voicemail and email, we pleaded with him to either contact us to let us know when the plan would be completed, or tell us that he was too busy/unable to complete it so we could move forward on the project. Since we never heard from him, I'm forced to assume he had other projects that he valued over ours.
Brian seems like a nice guy and in the past, members of my family have at one time used his services successfully. Unfortunately, Brian cannot be relied on for what he referred to as a simple task...
We're now several weeks behind schedule and we're worse off for having contacted Brian.”
