I am one of those clients that has a very specific idea of what I want. And Janet is one of those designers that actually listens to what the client has in mind, and then helps them make it even better. She wan't creating her idea of our perfect home, she was helping us create our vision for our home. She was timely and professional, but also has a great sense of humor. Probbably the only negative thing anyone could say about her is that she is a work-a-holic...because she truly loves what she does! Would I hire her again? Absolutely! I was very happy with her from the first meeting. She listened to what we wanted and gave her own input that ended up being far better than what I had imagined and thought of things that I had not considered. Her expertise was greatly appreciated. I got absolutely everything I wanted and more without any costly back and forth, we did some minor changes to the very first draft and that was it. The finished plans are amazing, we can't wait to see our house built.”

“Mr. Faucheux provided design services for a major addition to our house, a large covered patio with outdoor fireplace and bathroom bordering the backyard pool. After visiting some of Chad's designs at nearby Parade of Homes, we decided to ask him to help us with the project. He agreed and provided excellent design services. We went through several iterations as we changed our minds about walls, AC versus no AC, arches, materials, roof, and ceiling height. Chad provided creative ideas leading to the final design and always responded in a timely manner. He also provided good recommendations on contractors, one of which we used. He was very easy to work with and we would strongly recommend him for any architectural project you may have.”

“Kim Gilpatrick (Design Traditions) is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond in all she does. From the beginning of our project (building a new home) she was determined to make it uniquely ours, not a "cookie cutter" design but one created to fit our family and our needs and the vision we had of our future home. Kim spent many hours sitting on our property, sketching and designing the plans to fit the land. She took the time to get to know us and how we, as a family, lived and functioned on a daily basis - whether just us or when we entertained a small or large gathering. She began by drawing up several different "renderings" and from there we gave her our feedback and she would listen, change and create. As we worked through the design process "our home" became a reality. Kim is extremely talented and creative. She truly listened to what we wanted and researched and gathered any and all things that would help to produce the home of our dreams. She enjoys the design aspect and takes pride in designing a project that is distinctive. Once the plans were finalized, Kim didn't leave us to our own devices, but stayed with us through out the building process as well. By doing this, the integrity of the design was maintained. “The team at Delineations designed my unique home in Marble Falls about 4 years ago. I challenged them to design a 1870's - Germanic farm compound with all the details of the era. They crafted every inch of the property, including the interior surfaces and cabinetry, and it still amazes my wife and me. How could a team of professionals REALLY interpret how we choose to live and integrate all of those thoughts and ideas into a home? They listen. We were privileged to work with Jerome from start to finish. He wanted to know everything about how we live in, and enjoy a home, and he took that data and translated it into a true design masterpiece. But working with Delineations is more than a grand and unique design. They advise on energy saving methods and building techniques. The depth and breadth of knowledge of the team is rare, indeed. I could go on and on in my acclaim of Delineations and Jerome. But let me close with perhaps the best part of working with the team: they genuinely listen to their clients and design for how they wish to live in their home. This alone makes them terribly unique in the field. I am hopeful of building again in the not-too-distant future, and can't wait to work with Jerome on another special residential project.”
