“I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at. It doesn't take long visiting one of their projects that quality is job one and pride in cleanliness of jobsite is a priority. “Chris completely remodeled our master bathroom; It involved removing the vanity tops and sinks, modifying the counters to increase storage, removing the old small stand - alone shower and turning it into a closet, tearing out the whirlpool tub and replacing it with an extraordinary large walk-in shower with frameless glass door and wall. He also removed an octagonal shaped window and replaced that with a 4" x 4" glass block window that brings daylight into the shower. The floor was replaced with ceramic tile that matches the shower, a new vanity top was installed with new sinks and hardware and the whole place re painted. It's been over 2 years now and it still looks like new and we enjoy it every day. It was well worth the time it took to get the job done. We chose the best quality materials money allowed and it turned out to our satisfaction. M & W Simard”

“We had been thinking about remodeling for some time. We even went as far as to have another Architect draw up plans. We called Riseman Development to get a quote. Bill Riseman came out and said he could do better and he did. We love our new home! It is light and bright with tons of storage. He was able to add things we didn't think we would be able to get in our 1953 Ranch such as a full master bath and a walk in closet. The best part, in my opinion is its not obvious that the house was not originally designed this way.”

“I just want to thank you all for the beautiful home. It really is perfect. I have to admit, signing a contract to build my forever home while living in England was quite unnerving. I put a lot of trust and faith in you all since I had actually never seen one of your homes in person....and I have to say....I was not let down. The entire staff at Best Homes was so wonderful to work with. Larry was always available whenever I called, Mike answered all my emails, Diana drove all over Texas to find my tiles, Kent busted his rear end to get it finished in time for Christmas and Sherry....along with the front office staff was always super pleasant. You guys were so patient with me and all my questions, requests and changes...and having to coordinate everything from two different continents was not easy. But what I especially loved was that I never felt like a customer....but more like a friend....and I wouldn't have that with one of the big corporation builders. Thank you for my home and new friendships!!! I also want to add...its been a month and half since we moved in and Best Homes has been awesome about coming out and reminding me how things work, fixing the few little minor things, and checking in on us to make sure everything was going good!
