“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“True Concepts did a great job for us. We had it fix up a bathroom (replace shower, toilet, patch and paint the walls, install fixtures, and fix some mill work). In addition to high quality work done within the estimated time frame, a couple other things set True Concepts apart. First, communication was really clear and helpful; so many contractors do a poor job with that. Second, True Concepts provided creative thinking and problem-solving. We'll definitely hire True Concepts again.”

“Harry and his crew were amazing and professional. They listened to what we wanted as far as design and functionality, threw in some knowledgable ideas as well, and kept on time and budget that they quoted. Harry and his team are gifted in all areas of construction, plumbing, restoration, etc. I definitely would recommend SACS to anybody looking to have work done on their home.”

“Integrity Design & Construction was recommended to us after our townhome flooded in July 2017 due to a water softener that failed while we were on vacation. It ran for 10 days dumping 20,000 gallons of water into our home causing over $100K in damage. Todd and his crew was there within a day and prepared an estimate. He took the burden off our shoulders working with the insurance companies (which wasn't easy). ALL of the contractors (paint, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, clean-up) did an outstanding job! They were courteous, professional, respectful of our time, and MASTERS at their trade. We were SO pleased with the results. Todd and Dan were in constant communication with us during the process. Our home is like new. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more grateful! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any restoration project.”
