“I would like to recommend Mark and Ktirio for any construction ideas that you may have in mind. I just had a full house renovation and a large single storey rear extension done by Mark and his team. Mark is honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. From the first meeting till now, he delivered the project to the highest specification and timescale that he promised. His team has always been very considerate with the neighbours and no concerns have been raised. I was unable to oversee the project on a daily basis but I entrusted Mark with the project and he has exceeded my expectations on the quality of finish delivered in a timely manner at all times.”

“This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”
