“We have used this construction company over the last few years and they have done some great work for us - the last job an excellent bathroom. We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. We are confident that a job will be completed and we would never be left with something unfinished. A big bonus is that Pel will always reply to messages.”

“We watched Wye Construction complete a large extension on our neighbour's property and were impressed with the finish and attention to detail they achieved. We embarked on the internal restructuring of our property with no plans, just ideas, and this wasn't a problem for Nick. He came up with solutions to enable us to have exactly what we wanted and proposed and inspired us with suggestions for additional ways of using the space. The project came in on budget and within the time-scale quoted. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick, Michelle and the team, they were a pleasure to work with and we are extremely proud of our home.”

“This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”
