New pipework was installed following the relocation of the boiler and changes in the bathroom from having a bathtub to walk in shower. the toilet was also repositioned which required changes to the waste pipework. The walls and ceiling in every room and hallway was re-plastered to a very high standard. The painting was carried out with attention to detail with lines done immaculately. The kitchen installation was carried out expertly with minor corner voids covered in a very professional way. The wall tiling in the kitchen and bathroom flooring was completed perfectly with not even a sign of snags or misalignment. All ceiling downlights were installed in all rooms without affecting the plastered finishing. The flooring and skirting installation was done with recommended underlay assisting with noise proofing. They also recommended insulating the roof space to assist with heat retention. Throughout the process, communication was key to a successful project with options being provided transparently. I would recommend to anyone who requires either major work or minor maintenance as their standards are of the highest quality. Their operatives are very professional and clean up after their work.
