“We bought a new construction one story from Shodeen and we love it. Great quality and really great relationship with the builder. They schedule follow up meetings to address any issues that may have come up. They even came 2 years after the purchase of the home when we had some concerns that there was a draft in one room. They sent a team out within a week and resolved the issue in 10 minutes for no charge. We also love the design elements of the house. It's only 1600 sq ft, so they incorporated some unique design elements, like ceiling shapes, that provide dimension/interest.”

“We have been living in our Overstreet Builders home for the past four months. Every day we are extremely thankful that we chose to build our new home with Overstreet Builders. From the moment we picked our lot to today, they have been fantastic! Our build was on time, the worksite was always clean, the sales and office staff were available and able to answer all questions, and the finished product was beyond our expectations.
Before we settled on Overstreet Builders, we walked through many previously built homes and construction sites. What stood out to us about a four-year-old Overstreet home (lived in by a family with kids) was that it was in as good of condition as the model home. We could not say that about any other home we saw that was 3-5 years old.
The materials and care that went into building our home are noticeably a step above many other builders. Concrete was allowed to cure before they began to build. Steel beams and pillars support our home. Energy efficient Pella windows are standard. The cabinets are custom made and the wooden floors were finished on site. The effect is visually stunning and durable. Walking into our home you would never know we have twin toddlers and two dogs.
Having walked through other building sites that have glaring problems, we are thankful every day to owner, Doug Overstreet, and building superintendent, Rob Thornton, for building us a safe, secure, and beautiful home. We know that we made the right choice by building with a team that creates homes, not just houses.”
