“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“Last year, Greg and his team did my home extension which required several steels and large expanse of sliding windows. They put in a new ensuite bathroom, flooring, shelving and a patio and decking in the garden amongst many other bits of work. He and his team were extremely reliable, produced work to a high quality and were fantastic at problem solving. Greg went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and was a pleasure to liaise with. He invariably answered the phone when I called and if not available would get back to me very quickly without needing to be chased. I can highly recommend Greg and his team and plan to use them again in the very near future.”

“I used Aspen for our project, it was our second move from a flat to a house. We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen were exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.”

“Tomyc C. has done a wonderful work! I’m so satisfied, my home seems much better and new. They did bathroom refurbishment and kitchen, flooring, painting and decorating. They also did some works in my garden. The result is such a great result! They are so professional and I do recommend it for price, quality and excellent job made. “We decided to choose MoreSpace to build our loft extension and were so glad we did. We were firstly consulted by Stuart Ellerby who gave us a thorough overview of what was involved in a loft extension and who is responsible for what during the project. His knowledge was first class and he spoke in layman’s terms and not jargon which we found very engaging and brought it to life. Once we agreed on the project, Stuart also kept in touch throughout with regular site visits and was also super responsive when we raised any questions. His aftercare has also been great. The team who built our loft was insane. The team was led by Jake and everyone in his team were super friendly and accommodating, whether it was popping up for a sneak peek on progress, asking any questions or looking to make slight adjustments. The finish of the job is perfect and exactly what we’d hoped for. They left the place clean and was complete within a much shorter time period than I expected. For such a large project, this felt like the easiest one I’ve had to undertake so far thanks to Stuart, Jake and his team. We did shop around with 4 other competitors and these by far have the best reputation and I’m glad I trusted the reviews. 5* Thanks Team!!!”

“I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“I have used Chris and his team at R.A.S Construction for several 'full service' projects (covering refurbishment, extending, plumbing, re-wiring etc) - each time the work and service has been exceptional. We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. He provided references and gave the opportunity to view past projects (we were so impressed by the work and dedication that we were happy to have potential customers contact us and even view our finished projects).”
