Mark’s perfectionism is clearly evident in his work. Every person who has passed through our home – including contractors and woodworkers – have remarked at the quality of Mark’s work. Every surface is finished impeccably. Looking at each and every corner of our home, there is no doubt that Mark takes extreme pride in his work. That pride is well warranted as we can honestly say that we have never seen a home more beautiful than the one Mark built for us. Mark promptly responded to every phone call and every email. If he didn’t know the answer to our question, which was rare, he was always quick to find out. “We engaged Polvanc to supply and fit replacement windows to our property. This involved a total of 22 windows and a significant investment. The windows supplied are manufactured in Germany to the highest standards and then shipped to Nova Scotia for installation. They are of the European Tilt & Turn style and are gorgeous. Even with the shipping, they were still significantly cheaper than anything we could get in Nova Scotia of a similar design. We are extremely happy with the windows and the service provided by the company.”

“Bungay construction reconstructed our family home that was lost due to a fire. The nature of this loss was both very emotional and overwhelming but they were very thoughtful and compassionate through the whole process. Our rebuild was on the same property with may changes to the reconstruction of our new family home. Most of the work was very customized and done while we were away for work so most of the decisions were made by phone, internet etc. Due to the many upgrades to the rebuild it did cause some delays but overall the completion of our home was timely; construction started June 2013 and we moved in November 2013. We are very happy with our new family home that is absolutely beautiful and ready to start new family memories.”
