“We contracted with Carlisle builders to construct our fourth new home in August 2013. A 4200 square foot basement rancher. Best experience in a new construction home build by far. Initial concerns with cost plus model were aliviated by builders willingness to assess cost of each building phase, often offering price saving options. We new every step what the costs would be. Invoices are detailed to include each expenditure.
We have never seen a builder maintain such a steady stream of subs, seems like there were only a handful of days nothing was happening. Saved on schedule, which ultimately saves on cost with construction loans. Quality of work was outstanding, and small punch list items were quickly resolved prior to and after move in. We never had a problem getting the builder back to the house to fix anything.
Keith made himself as often as we requested to answer questions, and was seen visiting the site almost daily. His on site managers were helpful as well, and always appeared professional. Additionally, his on site staff kept the area clean of trash in respect of neighboring homes.
We had previously owned a home Carlisle builders had built, which our home inspector remarked on his report was one of the best built he had looked at. An important factor when and if considering resale. Every nook of the home was used to maximize storage space.
Our view of this builder is ethical and fair. We would not hesitate to use his services again.”

“Cole Construction built a custom home for my husband and I after our kids graduated and moved out. We wanted a rambler style with an open air basement for grandkids to eventually stay. The company is family oriented so we were able to reach the owners as well as our project coordinator and project manager by email and phone at all hours of the day. Our project was not without it's bumps in the road but we were constantly reassured that any issues which arose would be swiftly and smartly dealt with. We felt like we were guided through the project from plans, breaking ground, making selections, and finally getting to move into our forever home. I greatly appreciate the experience we were given by working with this company!”

“I hired Steve West based on his fine reputation as a custom builder. I have found him to be patient and extremely knowledgeable. He worked well with my architect and subs who all have a high respect for him.
He is well-organized and provides finely detailed specs with cost estimates (which lenders love). His system for keeping costs transparent and on track is very reassuring. In all I recommend him highly.
Because of the weather delaying the start of my house and issues with the developer of the land my project has been delayed for a year. But we are set to close on the lot and hope to break ground in early August. Sorry, no pictures.”
