“When I moved into my new but 23 year old house, I was aware there were a few problems to be dealt with. My house had been used as a summer cabin at Higgins Lake, vacant the previous 23 winters, and I was new to the area and turning it into a year round residence.
I asked a nearby homeowner who was having work done by Cornerstone if he recommended them. When he did, I called.
Bud Mann, Cornerstone Construction, presented several solutions with detailed quotations based on his experience in the snowy winter conditions on my style house for the repair work needed.
I did not want a patch job, nor did I want the problem to come back. He listened to my preferences and I selected a siding that he ordered for my job which came in on time. This is not always a given! We made smooth transitions to an upgrade or two with the exterior trim and deck, plus the installation of a mount for a brass carriage lamp that I found at a local thrift store as we neared completion.
The crew was on time each day, and the job was completed on the date promised. I was impressed with their professionalism.
I'm very happy with the results. The area will never rot again; the setting we created with proper flashing, waterproof, man-made materials looks lovely in all seasons.
Because of my positive experience, I recommend Cornerstone Construction.”

“I recently did a Home Staging consultation as well as a Home Staging job for John at Cost Plus Construction for one of his flip houses. John was very pleasant to work with and easy to get a hold of when needed. He was open to my suggestions regarding the home but was also very creative with the renovation process, one project being that he created a master bathroom from a closet, but still retained a closet area for the master bedroom. He is very skillful, cost effective and creative with his work. I highly recommend him for any construction or remodeling projects you may have.”
