“Tom Morrison is a top notch builder! We were looking to build a second home in South Bend. I will say trying to build a house by long distance (We live in Dallas) was a bit scary to us upfront. Tom put as at ease from the start. It turned out to be a very easy project all because of Tom. He was great to communicate everything that was going on with the project and would send pictures to us via email everyday documenting the progress. All of his subcontractors were professional and timely doing great work. Tom is very good about tying up loose ends. If there is anything at all that you want changed or have questions about, he will address the matter and get it worked out. We could not believe how smooth this project went. We absolutely love the house and feel confident if there were any issues in the future, Tom would be there to work out it out. We highly recommend Tom Morrison Builders!!!”
