The initial vendor had already scheduled twice prior and missed both scheduled times. He assured us her would show up so we decided we would give him one last try. Again, he no showed. We called Nail'd It, this company and they immediately came to the job site to assess what was needed. They went above and beyond in meeting us to pick out product and scheduled the job immediately. The job was more intensive in what was thought initially. They ended up working long hours to ensure everything was completed to the highest standards. They ripped out all flooring as needed, installed new sub floors, durarock, and tile and still finished by the deadline and we were able to reopen the property back up to vacation guests the very same day.
