Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes". There were no surprises, no drama and above all the home is beautiful inside and out. Would we have Jeffrey L. Henry build us another home? Is tomorrow too soon?!”

“Love love the house we built. We were living in another state while the construction was going on, but Charter took the time to call with weekly updates and even took photos and video of the progress so we didn't miss out.
Move in was seamless and they keep in contact tho make sure we are all settled in and to see if we have any "new home" issues.
The neighborhood is amazing and have already met some wonderful neighbors.
