“I am writing this unqualified recommendation on behalf of Mont Hartman, with whom my wife and I have worked closely over the past year on what became a major residential renovation project in Sarasota, FL.
Mont Hartman assumed the role of Project Manager soon after we designed and contracted for what was then planned to be a limited condominium remodel. Mont brought himself “up to speed” quickly and then reached out to us to meet and refine our goals and the scope of our project. Throughout our renovation Mont was responsive, respectful and creative. His vision, team leadership, broad range of knowledge in all areas of our project (design, permitting, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring, painting, electronics, etc.) and problem-solving skills were the critical factors that have led to a wonderful outcome with which we are very pleased.
As is often the case, our project changed and expanded as we proceeded. Mont handled these modifications smoothly and efficiently and with good humor. Mont also needed to deal with some unusual additional challenges. The project was undertaken in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic with resultant difficulties in coordination and supervision of subcontractors, supply chain disruptions and safety concerns. In addition, the bulk of this renovation was undertaken remotely, since our primary residence during this project was in NYC. Nevertheless, Mont was able to keep us well-informed and involved on all aspects of the project with his regular texts, detailed emails, pictures and FaceTime calls.
We feel fortunate to have worked with Mont and his team. Their work ethic, experience, integrity, skills, maturity and advocacy are exceptional. We are pleased to recommend Mont Hartman and his team enthusiastically and without reservation.”

I built 2 homes with DELTA. In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses.
Thru out both jobs, Joe stayed on top of the schedule to make sure everything was always moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way! Towards the end of my build Gabriel went thru with me and ensured that EVERYTHING on the punch list was done to my satisfaction.
During the beginning of the process of my builds, I had the opportunity to sit with the owner, Ron. He spent over an hour with me going over what I could expect during the process of building my 2 houses. During the end of my builds, I had a time constraint for these to builds. I contacted Ron and asked if he could he help me meet my deadline. Ron personally got involved and got his team together and made sure that my homes made the deadline that I requested. Prior to these 2 builds, I have never met Ron nor did know anything about his company. Because of Ron and his people and what they did for me, they will have my loyalty as I build more homes in the future!!!”
