The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. Were there some bumps- of course- but KC Custom Homes worked through each issue that surfaced.

“Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders.
Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. “My wife and I hired Parker Kane Custom Homes in late summer 2013 to do an outdoor living area along with some interior redesign. We found them through a recommendation from our architect. Everybody at Parker Kane was very professional, hard working, and friendly! Before we started the project I gave Parker Kane a hard deadline to be finished before my wife's surprise birthday party. They finished the project on time and it was beautifully done!
We were so happy with Parker Kane we hired them to do a total remodel of our kitchen the following summer. Again I put a hard deadline on the finish for a party we were hosting with close friends. Again Parker Kane came through for us and the kitchen turned out awesome!

Mike Robare is well liked in the community so we were comfortable when he offered decision changes that were to our benefit. We met Meredith and Kyle through our real estate agent while looking to buy a home from out of state. They were already in the process of building a home that had just been framed so we were still able to customize most of the interior design selections.
The unique floor plan, design and location were exactly what we were looking for in a new home.

“We hired Paul Allen Homes to build our house in 2011. We were extremely satisfied with not only the quality of the workmanship but the way Paul, Coy and Siliva treated us during the entire process. Building a home in a different city then the one you are currently living in can be a very stressful process. Everyone at Paul Allen Homes was extremely easy to work with, very communicative and responsive to our needs. The system they use to keep the clients updated on the progress of the build was very user friendly and helpful. They were able to upload pictures for us to see since we were not able to visit the building site on a weekly basis.
We have now lived in our home for a little over 2 years and would hire Paul Allen to build another home for us without a second thought. The quality of the products used and the craftsmanship continue to impress us everyday.”
