“We have used this construction company over the last few years and they have done some great work for us - the last job an excellent bathroom. We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. We are confident that a job will be completed and we would never be left with something unfinished. A big bonus is that Pel will always reply to messages.”

“Nick was meticulous in every aspect of the project. He provided us with detailed estimates that were updated after each change or amendment we made to the specified work. This meant all parties knew where they stood regarding what was to be undertaken. Nick was always willing to suggest alternative solutions or designs to any changes we wanted to make as the project progressed. He was also happy to accommodate any alterations we decided upon once the work was underway. Nick was thorough with the physical side of the project, even redoing some work that he wasn’t completely happy with. He does not rush through the project in an attempt to get to his next job. He works at his own pace until everything is completed to your, and his, satisfaction.”

He came up with solutions to enable us to have exactly what we wanted and proposed and inspired us with suggestions for additional ways of using the space. “I hired Construct Brighton to do a total refurbishment of my flat, including kitchen and built in wardrobes, which had been lived and smoked in for 24 years. Bradley, the builder, was most professional and very patient with all the changes I made during the refurbishment. The work undertaken was done to a very high standard. Bradley turned up on time every morning with a happy and kind attitude. He was always very easy to work with and nothing was too much for him.
