“Mccleary Building is very professional and knowledgeable contractor. I now have 2 houses built by Matt on the ocean and they are holding up very well. One of them he had built and we bought it after it was completed and the other we built from scratch with Matt. I know on both houses Matt would stand behind any issues we would have but the good news is that in 6 years we have had no issues. The second house had a lot of unusual design issues to deal with and Matt was able to easily work through all of them. If your looking for a great builder and nice people to work with this is the company to go with.”

From the start of the project design (the project lead took my vision from my head and made it happen), to pricing (offered options that were cost savings or choices that cost more but offered the superior product that would last a "lifetime"), to the execution of the project...the staff was all amazing! The project lead, the hands on staff that were on the job site were all great to work with. They answered all the insane questions my husband had on nearly a daily basis with a smile on their face. I would recommend this company for any job. The owner has been amazing in offer advice about future jobs that we may want to jump into. It has truly been a fantastic experience. “Reggie & Gary and their team were phenomenal to work with!! Every step of the way and every contractor we had were courteous and professional to work with. The house building process was fun and easy, and we absolutely LOVE our home!!! It is beautiful and classy and Reggie tweaked our original design and was spot on with his suggestions. We are never leaving our beautiful home, but if we did we would build another home with Bouffard & McFarland again in a heart beat!! Jen & Travis Wells”

From the rough construction to the detailed finish work, we found the MCB craftsmen to be highly skilled and able to handle the complex design work flawlessly. Their talent is evident in the details of both the exterior and interior, showcasing expansive cathedral ceilings with inverted recesses. A hand-constructed staircase, built in cabinetry, window seats and mantles, all were fabricated with care & precision. Jeff Jones supervised the construction, coordinating the various craftsmen and kept within the planned timeline.
