“Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”

“John Luther, the owner of Brothers Custom Works, and Shaun Stockwell his on site building manager have done an outstanding job on our new custom home. Their patience and expert advise from the custom house plan to the careful oversight of each phase of the construction has made this a worry free and joyful experience for my wife Jill and I. This is our first home building experience and they have gone the extra mile to make sure we understand each phase of the construction, what is needed for each phase and provided resources to help us shop for our choices for products, colors, and design of exterior and interior features of our home. John is meticulous in detail and will settle for nothing less than a perfect result and completion of each phase. The subcontractors John uses for each phase of construction have been working with him for years and are honest, hard working and reliable. The construction site has been kept clean and free of debris during each phase. We are at the point now of finishing exterior stucco and rock and painting interior walls and constructing kitchen cabinets. We're looking forward to the next couple of months to completion. “I've worked with Taylor/Jill twice. The first was a remodel of my master bath in 2008. Jackie Fair is incredible - knowledgeable and professional with a team of excellent craftsmen working for her. The result was gorgeous, including new tub and shower, custom cabinets, fixtures, tile floors and shower, marble...the works. And everything was finished on time and on budget. When I bought another home this year, it needed significant updates, and I had a tight budget. Jackie and her awesome team worked miracles. They updated the master bath with a beautiful, custom tile surround and new tub/shower, refaced cabinets throughout the house, built a custom pantry to match, replaced a trash compactor in the kitchen with a pull out drawer for trash, and installed French doors for my two balconies. The work was again excellent, on time, and on budget. Jackie and her team are truly professional in every way, and their work is outstanding. Jackie herself visits the job site every day to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I will always use Taylor Jill for projects like these.”

“My husband and I bought a high quality custom home from Jesse at Del Cielo Homes several years ago. The customer service he provides is exceptional. We obviously had a punch list prior to closing and all was addressed and completed beautifully. However, once we lived in the house for a a couple of weeks and saw things we didn't see to be addressed prior to closing (small touch ups), we contacted Jesse and he had his team respond to our requests. Jesse also followed up with us once the issues were finished by his team. Again, exceptional client/builder relationship. * a side note our home was already built and we did not go through the building process with the builder *. We are the first and only homeowners of the home though. Hard to leave such a great home. Lots of "comparing" the product and quality to other homes. Del Cielo and Jesse are highly recommended!”
