“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“MRC completed several projects for us: built a detached two level two car garage, built a 10'x20' sunroom where we once had a screened porch, gutted and remodeled our master bathroom, and put in a stone driveway. Brian excels at working with the client to make the many decisions involved with any construction project. With all projects he stayed within the detailed budget and finished within a reasonable time frame. He is both creative and practical bringing years of construction expertise to the work. “We hired this company to remodel a bathroom and kitchen, finish an attic bedroom, repaired plaster ceilings, repaired floor in primary bathroom and updated some wiring. They did very good work, the job looks great and I will hire them again. The bathroom was gutted to the studs and started over and redone in a modern design, although the fact that the shower was tiled it was a little expensive, but we love it. I personally did not prefer the mirror that was chosen, but it does work. I had designed the kitchen and the execution of the design is excellent. The door needed to be moved to accomodate the refrigerater and the ceiling needed to be repaired in order to install the cabinets correctly. The attic bedroom looks great, but the option of drywalling instead of paneling was not offered but could have worked out better. The paneling was not secured to all the rafters and has some sagging. They are easy to work with and have good work ethics and strive to satisfy the customer.”
