“modular home. FEMA requirements proved a challenge with some of the house. the set area of the house was unattractive, so the G.C. and a site worker came up with an idea to enhance that area of the home. there was some wiring done incorrectly at the factory, all rectified by the site electrician. as a woman who was on the site daily doing my work on the house, the site workers were always respectful, polite and helpful. if i suggested something or told them something needed to be done, it wasn't an issue to hear it from me instead of the G.C. they all joke about my window with the list of things to be taken care of. everyone at this company has gone above and beyond to make our home perfect.”

“I hired AJ Vitale Construction to gut and renovate a large room in our house turning it into a new kitchen/family room. This room was a 1980s add on to our beautiful 1723 home. It was critical to us that the new kitchen flow seamlessly into the old part of the house. While we were modernizing our kitchen it had to look like it fit in an historic home. AJ's work is amazing in every respect. His attention to detail is unmatched, the quality of his workmanship is top notch and the standards he sets for his contractors are very high. He was on the job working every single day. He was open to our suggestions and able to figure out some very daunting problems.
