The work was completed and I could not have been anymore pleased. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process, which was nice. I will definitely use them for any future remodels or new builds.”

“Tom and Scott built this great house for us about 8 years ago. They were involved from design and of course through construction. With over 7000 sq ft, we had lots of questions and challenges for first time we had a house built. They were terrific and we felt that we got a good value and great advice throughout, plus quality construction. Important too was that they stood by their work and do so even today. I know that if I had a problem with this house that was even remotely related to construction that one quick phone call would bring them back and they would take care of it. We did have a problem several years after construction and they fixed it at no cost to us. We have also had some remodeling done by them and they are great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I would attach a picture to this, but do not see a way to do that.”

“Great experience with Autus Properties! We had two bathrooms gutted and remodeled, a structural wall removed to open up the floor plan, cabinets and the whole house painted in our newly purchased home in just a few weeks! Matthew was very helpful guiding us through the process and we felt we got great pricing using cost plus model, both he and I shopping for the best deals even while working on a very compressed schedule so my family could move in ASAP. Highly recommend.”
