“My lat updatede husband was an architect who used Humphrey instruction on many jobs in Nantucket. When he died and I noticed the deck needed to be replaced, I asked Michael to do it. Turned out that my husband (like the shoemaker) had done lite to no maintenance in the 30 years since the house was built. There was rot everywhere ...it turned into a major rehab job from floor joists to windows to shingles. At one point after 3 months of rehabilitation work , I consulted with Michael about his availability and he redid the bathrooms as well. I have a "new" house , all completed on time. Neighbors who watched h the progress have stopped me to say they never observed any crew more professional and neater. I can not recommend Humphrey Construction too highly. And as an aside since I wasn't on island I was updated constantly with photos.”

“I am a Design Consultant who hired Rick Roy Construction to work on my personal kitchen renovation. i was out of state for the duration f the work, which included complete gutting of existing kitchen and full remodel of the first level of our cottage. John Roy kept me in the loop on all major decisions and sent periodic status updates via email and pictures. When some new design decisions arouse do to a shifting scope they were able to understand quickly and without significant input from me were able to proceed in line with all else on the site. Meaning, his team can think out of the box.
Their prices were very fair and in line with a quality firm. However, the key to a great rather than good builder lies not only in the quality of work, but the follow thru long after the project is completed. We had a few recurring issues, and John hung on and helped out long after one would expect. He responded on a dime and pulled in his vendors to help.
I've worked with a lot of firms thru the years. Rick Roy Construction stands out as a "great builder". I highly recommend them if you value integrity, quality and professionalism.”

“Contacted NEHA in August of last year. We agreed on pre-wire and in ceiling speakers in my bedroom, family room , den and kitchen. The sound is so crisp. Our Tvs all have system control and our phones so we can see security cameras at all times which was very important for my peace of mind. We can lock and unlock our doors from Providence. We plan on adding lighting controls and a control for our Jacuzzi. A job very well done. We highly recommend NEHA to anyone.”
