“From the moment we walked into their model home, it was everything and more of what we were looking for. At the time we were just "looking" as we were not set on building yet. After speaking with Zehnder homes about our situation with selling our house and whether or not building was even an option or in our budget, they helped us make the decision to build a no brainer. Since the house is a custom build, we were able to work with Zehnder homes to come up with a budget that would work for us while still having the elements, details and design we really wanted in our first real home. The process was easy going and really not stressful at all. Making selections was easy since we had pre-determined ones to pick from, however if we didn't like any of those, we could go find others on our own. It was also great to be able to come up with our own ideas. Once we had the vision, everyone was super helpful with finding a way to make it happen. Zehnder homes was great to work work from beginning to finish. Everyone was professional but personable in their own way which made working with them easy and fun. They were always was very willing to go the extra mile to help when we had questions and since I always had a million of them, we could not have appreciated that more. For us, building a new house was not stressful at all and we could not be happier with the end result.”
