“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“We would like to thank everyone at Gambrick for the personal and professional service that was shown to our family throughout the process of building our new home. I talked to a couple contractors and they were supposed to give me a price and blueprint on building me a new home, but months went by and I heard nothing. I'm so glad I was able to hire John and the Gambrick team. I had an idea of the house I wanted and with their plans we got just as close as we could get. They always kept me informed on everything that was going on, from the drawing of the plans to the actual building of our new home.
