On this LEED Certified home we provided the bamboo flooring. If there is an environmentally focus home being built in the Kansas City Metropolitan area Homoly Construction and Davidson Architecture seem to be building it. USGBC LEED for homes, HBA Green Home certified they build them all.”

“We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. I can always count on Robbins Construction!”

“We hired Allison Technical Contact Service in 2007 to tear down a house an built a new one. The house that Allison Technical Contract Service built for us is differently the best construction house house that we have ever built. The quality if work was excellent. and Bruce is great to work with. We have continued to use Allison Tech for other project that we a have done and just recently we had a lighting strike to the same house. I called Bruce the evening of the strike and he was there next morning to help access the damage, you really cannot ask for more then that. I would highly recommend them for a small or a large project. They have done and excellent job for us for over 10 years.”

“To Whom It May Concern: We have used Wayne Bernskoetter Construction for 25 years. We have always been impressed with their superior work, exceptional crew, and ability to improvise, as needed, in some projects. We have used them for new projects as well as remodeling. We know that the job will always be done right, as well as "on time". His company is certainly customer oriented and consistent. The last job he did was to repair our large wooden deck. “Mike Mahn built a garage & deck addition for us in 2012. We have a walk out lower level so we replace our original wood deck with a 2-car garage with deck above. The new structure is solid surface brick and concrete that seamlessly integrates with the original home. The design & implementation are both outstanding, and it is now a focal point for both family time and outdoor entertaining. With any project in which you're dealing with existing conditions, there will be some surprises or unknowns. In our case, this did lead to some delays. Mike and the job foreman, Bob, did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process so that I understood exactly what the issues were, and how to address them. There were change orders involved, but there was a clearly defined process using a web-based job software, so there were no surprises when it came time for contractual matters and billing. Mike has always responded to call-backs without question, and continues to monitor the project in the event new issues arise. He took ownership for his work, and holds his sub-contractors to the same standard, which as a homeowner, I very much appreciate.”
