“We used Golden Hammer for a total kitchen and bath remodel as well as some exterior siding repair, a new window, and replacing a sliding glass door with a window. We initially contacted a total of six different contractors in the Gainesville area and chose Golden Hammer because of their detailed, itemized estimate that made us feel they had a good understanding of what we wanted done. Shawn and Drew always returned our calls and emails promptly and were polite, professional, and respectful. We are happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and Golden Hammer helped make our new house feel like our home.”

He and Andrew worked meticulously with me to select and construct every detail, even when my ideas were based on just snippets of pictures and whim. Their carpentry is bar none. “I purchased a condo from Emmer Development in an existing subdivision. They were very understanding when I wished to make changes with the model design that worked better for my lifestyle. They even helped me with the design of the changes I wished to make. The cost of the condo and of the changes i made was always accurate. The two minor issues I had were readily resolved with little inconvenience and no cost to me. Prior to buying my condo, I had built a home that was twice as big and cost twice as much. I can honestly say the quality of my condo is much better than the home I built. Emmer employees stayed on time during the building process.”
