“We recently closed on our Terramor home in Apex, NC and couldn't have had a more positive experience. We actually built the house from 2,000 miles away, so weren't able to check in on the progress every week like we would have if we'd been local. Terramor was very communicative- always keeping us informed of what was happening, but not burdening us with small details. They made the whole experience so pleasant-- letting us know which meetings were most important for us to attend in-person and which ones could be done over the phone or via FaceTime.
We had several unusual requests in terms of upgrades and changes we wanted to make to the floor plan and finishes. Each of these requests were met with a willing attitude, a reasonable price, and creativity to make our vision for our home a reality.
Lenn, Jenn, and John were all consummate professionals and a true pleasure to work with. Even after closing, they've been quick to respond to any questions or concerns we've had.
Our home is simply beautiful- my husband and I just commented to each other last night how much it already feels like home. I would say that I plan to use Terramor in the future, but I don't ever want to move again!!”

“Raleigh Custom Homes does a remarkable job! The company is one of the only companies that I know of that has experience across the entire spectrum of residential home building and selling in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. I had them build my dream custom home in North Raleigh, which they were able to meet and exceed all of my expectations. The building process was quick, very detailed, appropriately priced, and they let me use their designer to create a dream come true. However, I found their real value when I needed to sell my old house. Their real estate company was able to assess my current house, give me a list of exactly what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. They gave me access to their network of contractors who were able to paint and fix little things at a bargain price. Then they helped me move some of my clutter out and used their designer furniture to help stage my house. Maybe it was luck, but I had two offers almost as soon as the sign was put out front of the house! Overall, I was very pleased to have such a congruent company help me through this process. Their builders, designers, real estate agents, and contractors know exactly how the process works and saved me time, hassle, and money.”

“Both David and Emily Williams are by far without a doubt the most deserving contractors worthy of an exemplary review. From the beginning of the lot selection, closing and house design both of them bent over backwards to earn our trust.That would not come easy from me.In hindsight ,I was wrong!David gave us over 6 different bids for our project, quickly and accurately. I interviewed 3 other contractors that bid similar quotes. But there was something about this energetic couple that keep me wondering. Our intent was to clear the lot, put up the boathouse and then let the dust settle. We decided to dive in. But which one?? Remember trust is a huge issue with me, especially with my money. I chose David and Emily because of the houses that they built. Absolutely impeccable!Not one waiver of a paint line.Multiple references with similar glowing recommendations. It didn't hurt that he would be my neighbor in the near future.Did I mention both of us love to waterski! Lucky for me, a new partner on the water. So we begin the house of dreams on April 12th.We will be in for christmas!! What an awesome present!. This truly has been the least painful experience we have ever been through. No surprises and a never ending zest for doing things fairly, reasonably and all the while trying to save of us money in the process. I can that if we had to build again we would not hesitate one minute in chosing them! That's a far cry from my skeptisism one year ago. Here's to many happy years ahead with our new neighbors!!!”

“Hired Rock Creek (after firing our original contractor) for the renovation of our 1912 Victorian home. I could not say enough good things about the Rock Creek team and have subsequently recommended them to several friends. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
1. They have well-established relationships with solid, dependable sub-contractors who stand by their work.
2. Honest, friendly site supervisor with really good communication skills
3. Accurate estimates for work and time
4. New construction or ancient renovation, they are experienced at both
5. They are there when they say they will be, usually a few minutes early
6. Can work with a budget, we did several substitutions based on what was important to us/important to the house.
7. Accurate and organized billing, their office is in order and it shows
8. Our house rarely caught them by surprise; they have the experience and knowledge to understand the scope of a project and forsee potential issues before they become problems.
9. They provide a very good quality finished project. This was our home and we were really happy with the outcome.
10. Everything was on the up and up: permits were quick and easy (for us) and the inspectors always walked away satisfied.”
