Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. “We started looking at builders to build our home in the neighborhood we were moving to. We are very happy we met Putman Builders. They worked with us while we were out of state then they had to deal with us on a daily basis when we moved into town while our house was being built. They were very patient with all of our questions, concerns, etc... Putman gave us a lot of options and even made changes from the orginal layouts they offered. We were extremely happy with all Putman employees and vendors/contractors. We have a Putman orginal and all their homes get customized to make sure everyone's homes are the same. They will work to make sure you are satisfied with the home you purchase or build! We would recommend them to anyone asking for a great builder.”

“Have worked with Lisa Aldred on everything from a large upstairs addition to a a garage overhaul to renovating our living room. We've added beams, stone, windows, you name it and Lisa the most thorough builder I have worked with over the years and that's saying a lot. She really cares about the end result and if the client is happy. Deadlines are met, job site is clean, and finished product is excellent. Best builder is the area no doubt.”
